A Interesting Spectrum of Devolution (Update 4 ) 9-28-21

During a live chat last night on my Telegram, a fellow Patriot was brought to my attention. Goes by the name of "Patel Patriot."

Now some of you may have heard of him and are aware of his work already. For those of you that aren't, Im doing this short article because I think you should aware of him. Well aware in fact.

His specialty is, "Devolution."

In simple English: "Devolution is the statutory delegation of powers from the central government of a sovereign state to govern at a subnational level, such as a regional or local level. It is a form of administrative decentralization."

Or simplified even more it is something that occurs during war under Top Secret that is designated to keep the government running at all cost. Basically it falls on the President and Military to make these decisions. Now I probably slaughtered that, but I tried to put it in the simplest of terms so that you get the idea.

What Patel Patriot has done is a six part series showing how this has been at play under the Trumps administration and is actually Still in play by all appearance.
