The first thing to consider is just how hard it had to be to get the same drop to post right down to the very second, twice. This either required 2 people or two devices to accomplish this on the very first try. There is no editing on the 8. No deleting to retry.
Clearly Q wanted these together. A definite mirror of itself.
I would say Epstein and Maxwell are pretty much a mirror of each other, or go hand in hand.
If you read from the bottom up the first one was probably pointing to Epstein. While we mentioned him and his crimes often before his arrest and were laughed at by many, we were redeemed when he Was arrested. So, Q says reading from bottom up, "First arrest will verify and confirm future direction."
What happened after Epstein Died? How many memes came out and it is still said to this day, "Epstein didn't kill himself." Almost a free advertisement that got into peoples heads and stuck there. Epsteins Death actually did more good in the big picture. More people paid attention to THAT. It is now ingrained in their minds along with the trailing thought that he had a thing for underaged girls.
Now many of us have actually considered Epstein to be just the front man and Maxwell to be the actual driver, manager. The one who knows of all the nuts and bolts and where the bodies are buried.

We know it was because of a Unsealed Indictment that she was finally arrested. This has taken it all to a whole new level now.
